Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 7.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs AUD 15.00 per person.
Buffet breakfast costs AUD 20.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
