One-Bedroom Apartment (2+0)
 
The One Bedroom Standard Apartment is a self-contained unit located in the Queen Street Building of our property. The 1-Bedroom Standard Apartment is fully self contained with full kitchen facilities. It includes a spacious lounge area, and a separate bedroom. This apartment also features laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer. The 1-Bedroom Apartment can accommodate 2 people in a queen-size bed. An additional person may be accommodated with a sofa or roll-away bed. Charges for extra bedding are applicable. Single beds and balconies are not available in the 1-Bedroom apartments. Please be aware that Queen Street building of Quest Fairfax House has a separate entrance from Little Collins Street and there are stairs into the entrance area from street level.
Studio Apartment (2+0)
 
The Studio Apartment features a split-level style with the bedroom and bathroom located on the upper level and kitchen and lounge area on the lower. These apartments feature a full kitchen, laundry facilities and a double bed. The Studio Apartment can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.
Two-Bedroom Apartment (4+0)
 
The 2-Bedroom Apartments are situated in a double-storey floor plan. Downstairs, the apartments boast a full kitchen, a single bathroom and laundry facilities. They include spacious living areas perfect for long term stays, families or groups. Upstairs features two large bedrooms and the main bathroom. Some apartments also have balconies. These cannot be guaranteed on booking. The 2-Bedroom Apartment can accommodate 4 people with existing bedding. The bedding can be either a queen-size bed and a double, or a queen-size bed and 2 single beds. An extra person can be accommodated by utilising the sofa or roll-away beds. Please be aware that at no stage can we guarantee a certain type of bedding. If an infant is staying and requires a cot these may be requested on booking. Charges for extra bedding are applicable.
Three-Bedroom Apartment (6+0)
 
The 3-Bedroom Apartment normally accommodates up to 6 people. The bedding can be a queen-size bed and 2 doubles, or a queen-size bed, a double and 2 single beds. The sofa and roll-away bed are also available to accommodate an extra person. Charges for extra bedding are applicable. A cot for an infant can may be requested on booking. The 3-Bedroom Apartment features two bathrooms. Some apartments are double storey, and others are single level. In the apartments that are double storey, the apartments feature a full kitchen downstairs, a single bathroom and laundry facilities. They include spacious living areas perfect for long-term stays, families or groups. The upstairs features 3 large bedrooms and the main bathroom. In the apartments that are single level, some apartments also have balconies. These depend on availability, as do the single-level apartments.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged AUD 5.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged AUD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs AUD 7.00 per hour.
